I know how you feel. We've been in the post office in the middle of the year, no holiday in sight and it's swamped. Not all ebay people either. I went to an auction some time back and there was tons of Christmas stuff, some of it never unpacked from boxes. One of the neighbors said the woman hardly left the house, bought it all from QVC.

One time I saw the state ighway patrolman in Colorado stop and carry a turtle out of the middle of the road to the ditch (I hope it was the side of the road the turtle had in mind). We're not like the south where there are so many turtles we can afford to lose one.

One of the comedians had a routine about how deprived he felt as a child because when he asked for McDonalds his mother made home-made hamburgers, but of course now he misses them.

I like that about re-finding things you don't think you ever had.

I'm going to make a point of going to the miniature horse show in Colorado this summer.
